Great quality and great customer service

I ordered a Darth Maul mug and a sticker for my husband's new laptop. Both were wonderful. Neil Feigeles art is awesome! The items were very well packaged and were received with no damage. I will be ordering from this company again.

The product that I ordered is perfect beyond words that I can write. It reminds me daily of the vacations I take with my daughter and all the great times those behold.

Pixels shipped a unique, beautifully crafted puzzle about a week after I ordered it.
I was thrilled to find the puzzle I needed on their website and pleased with the accurate, on time delivery.

They were fast and very efficient and I liked how they kept me informed every step of the way with my order. I ordered 2 beach towels from them and they are amazing. The picture quality and the towel itself is good quality. I was not expecting much when I ordered the towels, they are so much better than I expected. I would definitely order from them again.

I ordered a custom shirt and it arrived on time and looked perfect. Communication about the production and tracking shipment was timely.

I ordered a jigsaw puzzle through Pixel.com. What I enjoyed were the artists/photographers whose works were developed into a puzzle. I was able to find the theme that I wanted as a gift for a friend. I was very pleased with a nice selection from which to choose. The price was reasonable and the delivery was very prompt. I would recommend this company for the reasons as mentioned.

Ordered a print from them it came quickly but very poor quality paper, print seemed blurred too. The picture looked like a screenshot of the original artists work, and contained the frame too. The overall size that I ordered was 23 x 30 but as they counted the pic of the frame in the measurement the actual size of the subject was 5 inches smaller than what I wanted. Who in their right mind would want to frame a picture of a frame in it ??
Contacted customer support I was offered a refund if I destroyed the print. Also I was not advised that the p&p would cost me €13. Avoid at all costs.

Pixels has a great selection! I have bought many prints and puzzles. I have purchased from many artists over the years and have been pleased with the quality and timeliness of shipping. Rarely are their any issues. When there are, customer service gets back to me timely and if they cannot resolve it, management has. No company is perfect and mistakes do happen, but Pixels has ALWAYS made things right. During the Holidays and busier times of the year, they can get behind on response time, but that's to be expected. (I see it everywhere) But they ALWAYS respond and help me. I feel comfortable sending my collectors to Pixels and giving them their customer support number if they have any issues or just want an answer to a question.

The shirt I ordered was poor quality and 2 sizes too small, I loved the print so I just wanted an exchange. They emailed me 2 days later to tell me they don't do exchanges but I could get a refund minus shipping cost AND only if I destroyed the shirt and sent them a pic of destroyed shirt would I then receive my refund!!! EF this company, go over to Redbubble way better return/exchange policy. The sad thing is it's the actual artist that loses in the end, Pixels.com doesn't give a poop!!!!

I love that they offer unique home decor and other things by different artists. They also allow you to return things if you don't like /are unsatisfied. Some of these you find that are unique don't allow returns. The product also came in a very timely manner.
